Aikido

The martial art of aikido is a very good martial art for discipline and it is really fun to train it. But it is worthless in a real self defense situation. I am a shodan (black belt) and for a real fight there is nothing better than jiu-jitsu, judo, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing or muay thai.

Money and happines

People think that money and happines are related. People believe that they prefer to be happy than have money. I think that one doesn't have anything to do with the other. Be rich or poor it has nothing to do with being happy or sad. Happines is a state of mind. Wealth is a state of being. Two different subjects not directly related unless people think they are.
